About the project
Yellow Pages is a Malaysian directory platform helping people to discover and local services, jobs and marketplace. I was part of a team in developing the platform. The project process involves multi level cross-checks and approvals.
Design approach
The use of a simple and user-friendly interface is one of the main focuses in developing this platform. Working together with project managers & developers, the UI/UX promotes awareness and company’s personality to its users & admin.
Objectives
Consistency applies to every aspect of the YellowPages' UI. Easy navigation is also used to encompass the platform's taxonomy so that users know the content of the site. It primarily focuses on mobile-optimised designs that make the user experience on smartphones smoother.
